My name is Lisa Velick and I am a gluten free supporter and advocate.  After 40 years of unending stomach ache issues, I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance.  My two daughters were also diagnosed.  From that day on, our family has been gluten free and we have never looked back or felt better.  1 in 133 Americans suffer from Celiac Disease, a genetic intolerance to gluten, yet 97% remain undiagnosed.  My goal for this blog is awareness of gluten intolerance and what your life can become gluten free.  I have created a wonderful array of recipes that will satisfy your taste buds and allow you to live gluten free without feeling deprived or longing for gluten filled foods again.
